Service Support
Every Snow Control Team client receives access to our 24/7/365 emergency line, which connects directly to our management team at any hour of the day or night—including weekends and holidays.
Here’s how it works:
Call (314) 649-4000 anytime and enter our emergency extension, even if the voicemail greeting says the office is closed. Your call will immediately be routed to an on-duty manager who can assist you right away.
Our clients count on us for rapid response, clear communication, and continuous support during every winter weather event.
Service Level Upgrades / Downgrades
Not a problem. We can easily accommodate requests to upgrade or expand service coverage for special events, peak business periods, or seasonal increases in activity.
Our team will review your needs, update your snow management plan, and adjust scheduling and resources to ensure your property receives the additional attention it requires. Advance notice is preferred so we can allocate equipment and personnel to meet your exact timeline and service expectations.
We make sure your property maintains zero tolerance safety standards and remains fully operational even during high traffic or critical times of year.
If your budget has changed, we can adjust your service level by updating the service triggers in writing and signing a formal Change in Scope agreement. This adjustment will define the revised expectations and take effect for the remainder of the season.
We understand that budgets and priorities can shift, and our goal is to remain flexible while maintaining clear communication and documentation to ensure your property continues to receive the appropriate level of care and safety coverage.
No. Snow Control Team does not provide service on an “on call” or as needed basis.
Our clients require proactive, zero tolerance snow and ice management that keeps their properties safe and operational before, during, and after winter weather events. We partner with organizations that view snow and ice control as a safety and risk management investment—not a reactive service.
Our systems are designed for continuous monitoring, preparation, and response, ensuring every property is protected through a structured service agreement that guarantees readiness and reliability.
Payments & Invoicing
Our goal is to deliver invoices by email within two business days after each winter event. This short window allows our team to complete service documentation, verify all time and material data, and ensure billing accuracy.
During periods of consecutive storms or extended weather activity, invoice delivery may take slightly longer. Even in those cases, every emailed invoice includes complete, time stamped service details so you always have accurate records of performance and cost.
We accept all major credit cards, business checks, and wire transfers for your convenience.
Many of our clients choose electronic payment methods for speed and simplicity, but traditional mailed checks are always welcome. If you require ACH or customized billing arrangements, our accounting department can assist with setup during the onboarding process.
You will receive your monthly invoice by the 5th of each month.
If you are enrolled in autopay through a credit card, your card will be charged on the same date each month that your first seasonal payment was processed. This ensures predictable, consistent billing throughout the winter season.
Our accounting team monitors all billing activity to maintain accuracy and provide clear documentation for your records.
