Contract Terms
All Snow Control Team service agreements outline the exact start and end dates of coverage. Our typical season runs from October 15 through April 15, with contract terms ranging from one to five years depending on client needs.
We recommend five-year contracts, as they lock in your pricing for the full term, eliminate the annual renewal process, and provide long-term budgeting stability. Clients can cancel at any time with 30 days written notice, offering flexibility while maintaining cost protection and guaranteed service placement.
Service Packages
We offer three primary service structures designed for flexibility and predictable budgeting:

Seasonal Package – Fixed monthly payments that provide guaranteed coverage all winter. Ideal for properties that want consistent budgeting and full-season protection.

Per Inch Package – Pay per event based on snowfall accumulation. Each invoice is tied to measured snowfall for transparent, per-occurrence billing.

Hourly Package – For large or continuous-operation facilities that require on-site clearing throughout an event.
Scheduling & Completion
Completion times are customized for each property to ensure safe, accessible conditions before business hours or operational shifts. For 24/7 operations, we offer continuous plowing and monitoring to maintain clear, safe pavement during active snow events.
Deicing & Anti-Icing
We provide full deicing and anti-icing services for vehicular pavement and sidewalks, including pre-storm, mid-storm, and post-storm treatments. Optional refreeze monitoring and spot treatments help maintain safety during thaw and freeze cycles.
Sidewalk Services
Sidewalk and entryway clearing can be scheduled by accumulation depth or performed continuously during active snow events. Deicer storage, chemical bucket programs, and post-storm cleanup are available for comprehensive site coverage.
Special Instructions & Add-Ons
Clients may include site-specific notes such as access routes, hazard areas, or operational timing. Optional services like on-site equipment staging, snow hauling, or refreeze monitoring can be added to enhance safety and efficiency.
Service Area & Availability
Signed contracts must be received by the return date listed on your proposal to guarantee placement within our active service zones. Late submissions may affect route scheduling or response times.
